Ever wished you knew how to just calm down your brain? Would you like to help your child learn to be present and live in the moment? Then Mindful Monday is definitely for you! You will learn to use each of your senses to notice your inner thoughts & feelings as well as the world around you, with openness and compassion. Feel free to attend all 5 sessions or just the ones that work for your schedule. Children ages 6-9 must be accompanied by an adult caregiver.
