Badlands Karate is a new Karate club serving Medicine Hat and the surrounding area. As a part of the Shintani Wado Kai Karate Federation, our mission is to provide an affordable and accessible service to our community. At the heart of Karate is respect—this is the foundation of everything we teach. Through traditional Karate, we instill a sense of peace, harmony, and self-discipline that helps students become the best version of themselves. In addition to increased confidence, our students develop greater physical fitness, situational awareness, and personal growth.
