Medicine Hat Exhibition and Stampede
Showcase your women-led business in a new setting and reach a whole new clientele. We have planned the event around the Farmer’s Market in the Fieldhouse to take advantage of the flow of people already coming to the location so there promises to be A LOT of foot traffic!
Exclusivity. No more than THREE exhibitors from similar product-based businesses (eg: jewelry, engravable, pottery, etc), TWO exhibitors from similar service-based business (eg: photographers, realtor, etc) and only one exhibitor from each multi-level company (eg. 1 Tupperware company) will be accepted as exhibitors to ensure we are showcasing a variety of businesses.
WIB will be advertising the event and exhibitors on all social media outlets, radio advertising, WIB website, on posters around the city and through partnering businesses. Advertising can be expensive so we want to provide an opportunity for local small businesses to gain exposure as well as get to know other exhibitors in an affordable way.
We have different events planned that will draw a variety of people including: a Jr Expo showcase for our young female entrepreneurs and local entertainment.
No rentals. Every booth comes with 1 - 6’ table, 2 folding chairs, and 1 black table linen with the option to add an additional table and linen if you need.
