Join us at the Monarch Theatre for the long-awaited official premiere and re-release of Clay, Creativity and the Comeback, a feature-length documentary by local filmmaker Luke Fandrich.
Telling the story of how Medalta Potteries and the surrounding clay district were saved from demolition in the 1970s, the documentary features original interviews, unseen archival footage, and the voices of the volunteers who made it all possible.
If you enjoyed Luke’s previous documentary, Your Cinema Needs You, this is the film that made that one possible.
