Join us every second Friday this summer for a welcoming outdoor wellness program that blends nature exploration with mental health and wellness support.

Each session is co-led by a naturalist and a mental health practitioner, offering a unique opportunity to learn about the natural world while exploring the connection between nature, stress reduction, emotional wellness, and overall health.
