Join us on May 23 for the Hues for Humanity Colour Run/Walk, a fun and energetic 5 km walk or run along the scenic Sierra Coulee trails, starting at the Medicine Hat Tourism Centre. The morning kicks off with a mass group colour toss before participants head out on the course, passing through multiple colour stations filled with music, excitement, and plenty of colour along the way.
After crossing the finish line, the celebration continues with one final group colour toss, a DJ and MC keeping the energy high, and prizes for best costumes, including individual, family, team, and even four-legged participants. There will also be door prizes and a chance to vote for your favourite colour station.
This family-friendly event welcomes participants of all ages, with registration options for teams, individuals, youth, and free entry for children 9 and under. Each registration includes a t-shirt, colour packets, and swag bag.
Beyond the fun, the Hues for Humanity Colour Run/Walk supports Real Humanitarian’s education, health, and empowerment programs for at-risk children around the world, helping create brighter futures while bringing the community together for a colourful and meaningful experience.
Registration Fees: Team Members: $50 / Solo Participants: $55 (Walk-up: $65) / Youth (Ages 10–16): $40 / Children (9 & Under): Free
