Are you an intermediate mountain bike rider who’s looking to get their wheels off the ground? In this course we’ll take you through a series of progression steps that will help you learn how to safely execute jumps and drops.
Skills we’ll practice:
- Jumping body position
- Wheel lifts
- Jump technique (wedges and kickers)
- Tabletops
- Drop technique The course will start with a 1hr skills session on kickers followed by a trail ride to practice new skills (approx. 1.5 hours of trail riding).
