The What Matters to Hatters Coalition is kicking off Random Acts of Kindness Week with a Random Acts of Kindness (RAK) Challenge starting this Friday, February 13. Random Acts of Kindness Week begins on Sunday, February 15 and runs through to February 20. You can learn more about this annual event here: Welcome to RandomActsofKindness.org | The Random Acts of Kindness Foundation The RAK challenge consists of doing good deeds throughout Random Acts of Kindness Week. To participate in the challenge, you’ll pick up a booklet from one of the pickup locations noted below. The booklet contains random act of kindness ideas that are rated by hearts (1 heart, 2 heart, 3 heart), as you complete your random act of kindness efforts, fill in the corresponding number of hearts for each act of kindness. Keep going until you have all the hearts filled in! Once you have all 60 hearts filled in, you can enter to win one of two prize packs – see details on booklet for how to submit your RAK Challenge to be entered into the draw. You probably already do many of these things so why not participate in the challenge? Intentional, simple acts of kindness can go a long way to improve our lives and the lives of others – let’s make kindness the norm!
