Looking for a way to move, recharge, and try something new this summer? YogaRevolution is excited to offer Yoga Foundations: A 6-Week Introduction to Yoga. A beginner-friendly series designed for anyone who has ever been curious about yoga, but wasn't sure where to start. In this small-group experience, participants will learn foundational yoga postures, breathing techniques, balance, mobility, and stress-reduction practices in a welcoming and supportive environment. No experience is required, and every body is welcome. Whether you're looking to improve flexibility, build strength, reduce stress, or simply carve out some time for yourself, Yoga Foundations offers a comfortable place to begin.
