Private group tours are $350 +GST (26 seater) or $400 +GST (33 seater)
Bookings will take place on select days of the week from Dec. 1-23, 2026. Tours are approximately 90 minutes. The smaller trolley will be available for 5:15 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. The larger trolley will be available to book at 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
Private group tours can be booked Sunday to Thursday only. Friday, Saturday and two Sunday rides are reserved for public tours and not available for private groups. Dec. 21-23 will also be booked for public tours.
The smaller Trolley seats 26 people, the larger seats 33.
All tours depart from the Visitor Information Centre located at 330 Gehring Road SW. Once your booking request has been received an invoice will be sent to you at the contact email provided. Payment can be made by credit card via the provided invoice link, or in person at the Visitor Information Centre during regular office hours with credit, debit, cheque or cash. Payment must be made within 48 hours of booking to secure your spot. Payments are not accepted by the trolley driver on the evening of the tour.
Important:
- Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received.
- We will reach out to the email provided on the form when we can confirm bookings.
- If your preferred day and time are not showing, that means they are booked and unavailable.
Other important information:
- The trolleys have a heat but please dress for the weather to ensure your comfort!
- Warm drinks and non-alcoholic beverages are welcome on board for your ride.
- With winter weather being unpredictable, we will be monitoring the forecast leading up to your tour booking date.
- We will unfortunately not be able to offer wheelchair seating during the cold winter rides. The lift does not reliably run on the cold December nights.
In the event of extreme cold or hazardous driving conditions your booking may need to be cancelled in the interest of everyone’s safety. In this case you will receive a FULL REFUND for any cancellations made on part of Tourism Medicine Hat. Please note that limited light displays are on display prior to December 1st. You will be required to acknowledge each of these conditions when you book. We look forward to having you on board the Holly Jolly Twinkle Trolley!
