Skinny’s was founded in Medicine Hat in 2013. We started off as a small take out location at 44 3rd St NE in Riverside with a vision of serving global barbecue flavours with a fun Canadian spin.
We’ve now grown to become a cozy, friendly sit down establishment that lets our customers take their time to enjoy the food, drinks and great conversations.
